Exciting Opportunity for an experienced Factory Manager to join an established Food Manufacturing business in the Midlands.

An established Food business in the Midlands is seeking an experienced Factory Manager to join their Team.

As the Factory Manager, you will lead a team of approximately 70 people across various Production Departments. Your core responsibilities will include:

• Overall accountability for the manufacturing strategy, and KPIs.
• Ensuring the Health and Safety of your team
• Managing Food Safety and Hygiene standards
• Having in-depth knowledge of all equipment and machinery
• Providing training and development for your team
