Our client is currently looking for a Facilities Associate to assist with ordering supplies, taking out the trash, ensuring that the sites are clean and purchasing items to maintain areas. This is a temp to perm position.
Job Function
Greeting and welcoming staff.
Cleaning office areas, ensuring trash is taken out.
Setting up chairs and tables for special events.
Order cleaning supplies, paper supplies, light bulbs, garbage backs + maintaining biweekly inventory in MS Excel.
Assist with moving belongings to other areas of the building.
Job Requirements
1+ years of experience stocking shelves, ordering supplies, and maintaining cleanliness in an office. Preferably coming from a Social Services, NFP, or related organization.
High School Diploma required.
MS Office experience required.
Bi-lingual in Spanish highly preferred.
