Our client, a rapidly growing manufacturing company based in Hoffman Estates, is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Executive Project Manager to provide high-level support to two Vice Presidents. This is a dynamic role within a fast-paced, growth-driven organization that values innovation, efficiency, and excellence.
Position Summary:
The Executive Project Manager will play a key role in driving critical initiatives and supporting day-to-day operations for two senior executives. This position requires exceptional organizational skills, a high level of professionalism, and a proactive approach to project coordination and stakeholder communication.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as a key liaison between the VPs and internal/external stakeholders
Manage multiple cross-functional projects from initiation through completion
Track project milestones, prepare progress updates, and escalate risks as needed
Prepare high-quality reports, dashboards, and presentations for executive review
Coordinate and prioritize scheduling, action items, and follow-ups across departments
Analyze data and generate actionable insights to support strategic initiatives
Assist with budgeting, resource allocation, and timeline management
Maintain discretion with confidential information and sensitive communications
Streamline and enhance project management processes and reporting tools
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree preferred (in Business, Operations, or related field)
3-7 years of project management experience, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting
High proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, data modeling)
Experience with SAP and Power BI strongly preferred
Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
Ability to multitask, work independently, and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Professional demeanor with strong interpersonal skills
