Our client, a rapidly growing manufacturing company based in Hoffman Estates, is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Executive Project Manager to provide high-level support to two Vice Presidents. This is a dynamic role within a fast-paced, growth-driven organization that values innovation, efficiency, and excellence.

Position Summary:

The Executive Project Manager will play a key role in driving critical initiatives and supporting day-to-day operations for two senior executives. This position requires exceptional organizational skills, a high level of professionalism, and a proactive approach to project coordination and stakeholder communication.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as a key liaison between the VPs and internal/external stakeholders
• Manage multiple cross-functional projects from initiation through completion
• Track project milestones, prepare progress updates, and escalate risks as needed
• Prepare high-quality reports, dashboards, and presentations for executive review
• Coordinate and prioritize scheduling, action items, and follow-ups across departments
• Analyze data and generate actionable insights to support strategic initiatives
• Assist with budgeting, resource allocation, and timeline management
• Maintain discretion with confidential information and sensitive communications
• Streamline and enhance project management processes and reporting tools
  
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred (in Business, Operations, or related field)
• 3–7 years of project management experience, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting
• High proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, data modeling)
• Experience with SAP and Power BI strongly preferred
• Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
• Ability to multitask, work independently, and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
