How you will do it

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Event Marketing Specialist to manage APAC headquarter showroom & drive the success of high-profile events, including CIIE, industry tradeshows across the region.

In this role, you will oversee daily showroom operations, ensuring a seamless visitor experience and arranging customer visits. You will actively collaborate with business teams to develop engaging content and ensure smooth event coordination.

What we look for

  • Event Planning & Execution:
  • Lead end-to-end planning, coordination, and execution of major events, including CIIE, industry tradeshows, and customer workshops.
  • Develop and maintain detailed timelines and budgets to ensure optimal resource allocation and seamless event delivery.
  • Showroom Management:
  • Oversee daily operations and visitor experiences at showrooms, ensuring consistency with brand standards and strategic objectives.
  • Enhance experiences through content updates, immersive digital displays, and interactive technologies.
  • Serve as a professional and presentable brand ambassador, delivering outstanding experiences to all visitors.
  • WeChat Management:
  • Manage and grow the Johnson Controls WeChat platform by developing engaging, localized content with agency support.
  • Optimize posting schedules, track engagement metrics, and implement strategies to drive follower growth and maintain a robust digital presence.
  • Content Creation:
  • Collaborate with business teams to produce high-quality content, including case studies, marketing collaterals, and promotional materials.
  • Leverage digital marketing channels, particularly WeChat, to boost brand awareness and engagement.
  • Virtual Webinar Coordination:
  • Plan, coordinate, and host virtual webinars, managing logistics from start to finish. Develop promotional assets, ensure smooth technical execution, moderate sessions, and drive audience engagement.
  • Vendor Management:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with external vendors, agencies, and partners.
  • Ensure timely coordination, negotiation, and execution of event services to meet high-quality standards.
  • Performance Tracking & Reporting:
  • Prepare post-event reports, analyze engagement data, gather feedback, and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

 5+ years work experience in marketing, with a proven track record in managing large-scale events and showroom experiences.

 Passionate and self-driven business acumen, keen to learn and ready to drive excellence

 High performance culture lover and be able to engage and influence key stakeholders

 Good English skills in both verbal and written

 Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
