The Role

Our client is looking for a Project Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of their live event tech solutions. You’ll be the key link between clients, technical teams, and on-the-ground event staff—ensuring smooth, high-quality deployments around the world.

• Own projects from concept to completion, managing budgets, scopes, and schedules
• Build strong relationships with clients and support business growth
• Lead and mentor a team of Project Technicians and coordinate event delivery
• Use bespoke software to create and manage custom event environments
• Shape internal processes and contribute to ongoing product innovation

Your Experience

You’ll be a driven, solutions-focused project leader with experience in live events and a solid understanding of tech. Someone who thrives in fast-moving environments and enjoys combining organizational skills with hands-on project work.

• 2+ years of project management experience, ideally within live events
• Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript in a commercial or professional capacity
• Confident with tools like Jira and Microsoft Office
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Comfortable traveling internationally and working on-site at major events
