Bambi Events is a design-led, experience-driven events expert, specializing in unique brand activations, including trade show booths and exhibition builds. From concept to execution, we design, produce, and manage immersive brand spaces, transforming ideas into elevated, memorable experiences through seamless production and bold creativity.

As our Event Designer, you'll be responsible for the creative concept, design development, and visual storytelling for a wide range of events, from trade show and exhibitions to product launches and immersive experiences.

You will work cross-functionally with event producers, clients, vendors, and internal creative teams to ensure each event's aesthetic and layout is strategic, brand-aligned, and visually stunning.

• Lead the design process from concept through execution, including mood boards, sketches, floor plans, 3D renderings, and final presentations
• Translate client briefs into immersive event environments that support brand messaging and guest engagement
• Collaborate closely with production, fabrication, AV, and decor teams to ensure feasibility and quality
• Source props, furnishings, materials, floral, and signage in alignment with the creative vision
• Attend site visits and provide on-site design direction during setup when needed
• Stay ahead of trends in spatial design, color theory, lighting, and interactive installations

• 3–5 years of professional experience in event design, interior/spatial design, or related creative field
• Portfolio demonstrating conceptual thinking and executed event design work
• Skilled in tools such as SketchUp, AutoCAD, Vectorworks, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Strong understanding of space planning, guest flow, and event functionality
• Excellent visual presentation and storytelling skills
• Comfortable in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments with shifting priorities
