About the Role:As an Event Coordinator at Style Netbox, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and executing a variety of events designed to promote our clients' brands and strengthen their market presence. You’ll work closely with both internal teams and external vendors to ensure each event delivers a memorable and impactful experience.

Responsibilities:

Plan and coordinate all aspects of events, including logistics, budget, and scheduling.

Communicate with clients to understand their event goals and ensure expectations are met.

Collaborate with marketing, design, and production teams to develop event concepts and promotional materials.

Source, negotiate, and manage relationships with vendors, venues, and suppliers.

Oversee event setup, execution, and breakdown, ensuring all details align with client and brand standards.

Manage event budgets and provide post-event reports and evaluations.

Ensure compliance with insurance, legal, and health and safety obligations.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, or a related field preferred.

1+ years of experience in event planning, coordination, or a related role.

Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to think creatively and problem-solve under pressure.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; knowledge of event planning software is a plus.

Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends as event schedules require.
