About the Team
The Ethics Office was established with the goal of instituting and maintaining high ethical standards and a culture of integrity. The team achieves this goal through 4 main pillars - 1) developing an overarching ethical governance program, 2) implementing and maintaining ethics policies and processes, 3) providing education and awareness to employees via communications and training, and 4) ensuring a highly ethical culture by encouraging employees to speak up and to ensure potential misconduct is properly investigated.

Position Summary
We are looking for an individual with a Legal, Ethics, or Compliance background to support our employees in North and South America. The new hire will assist with Ethics Office initiatives, including general project management, assessing policy and procedure needs, developing and implementing policies and procedures, reviewing policy queries from employees, reviewing and remediating conflict of interest declarations, and collecting and analyzing ethics and compliance data.

Responsibilities
1. Project Leadership:
- Lead and oversee ethics project management initiatives, collaborating effectively with key stakeholders.
- Manage and enhance the conflict of interest declaration system through technology upgrades.
2. Policy and Procedure Development:
- Partner with Employment Legal, HR, Employee Relations, and business teams to draft and enhance policies and procedures.
- Proactively identify and mitigate employment risks by utilizing quantitative and qualitative data.
3. Employee Support:
- Address policy and procedure queries from employees, providing clear and concise explanations.
- Develop relationships with key business teams to offer ethics and compliance assistance.
4. Data Management and Analysis:
- Manage, aggregate, and analyze ethics and compliance data points to derive actionable insights.

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
1. Experience:
- Ethics, compliance, or legal roles, preferably within global companies in the Technology, Media, or Entertainment industries.
- Proven ability to develop internal frameworks and contribute proactively to building out the Ethics Office functionality in the AMS region.
2. Communication Skills:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of explaining complex topics in clear, concise, and understandable terms.
- Strong communicator and influencer with the ability to work collaboratively across functions and international teams.
3. Hands-on and Flexible:
- Hands-on approach with a bias for action, adaptable to meet the evolving needs of a rapidly growing company.

Preferred Qualifications
1. Relationship Management: Experience in relationship management within a cross-functional environment, collaborating across global teams.

Job Information
【For Pay Transparency】Compensation Description (Annually)
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $98800 - $177333 annually.​
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.​
Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Employees have day one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, among others. Employees also receive 10 paid holidays per year, 10 paid sick days per year and 17 days of Paid Personal Time (prorated upon hire with increasing accruals by tenure).​
