About the Team The Ethics Office was established with the goal of instituting and maintaining high ethical standards and a culture of integrity. The team achieves this goal through 4 main pillars - 1) developing an overarching ethical governance program, 2) implementing and maintaining ethics policies and processes, 3) providing education and awareness to employees via communications and training, and 4) ensuring a highly ethical culture by encouraging employees to speak up and to ensure potential misconduct is properly investigated. Position Summary We are looking for an individual with a Legal, Ethics, or Compliance background to support our employees in North and South America. The new hire will assist with Ethics Office initiatives, including general project management, assessing policy and procedure needs, developing and implementing policies and procedures, reviewing policy queries from employees, reviewing and remediating conflict of interest declarations, and collecting and analyzing ethics and compliance data. Responsibilities 1. Project Leadership: * Lead and oversee ethics project management initiatives, collaborating effectively with key stakeholders. * Manage and enhance the conflict of interest declaration system through technology upgrades. 2. Policy and Procedure Development: * Partner with Employment Legal, HR, Employee Relations, and business teams to draft and enhance policies and procedures. * Proactively identify and mitigate employment risks by utilizing quantitative and qualitative data. 3. Employee Support: * Address policy and procedure queries from employees, providing clear and concise explanations. * Develop relationships with key business teams to offer ethics and compliance assistance. 4. Data Management and Analysis: * Manage, aggregate, and analyze ethics and compliance data points to derive actionable insights.
