The Role:

Reporting to the Senior Management Team, you will have the responsibility for:

• Accurately estimate costs for all stages of residential building projects
• Read and interpret building plans and specifications;
• Production of Building contracts and addendas;
• Work collaboratively with internal departments to ensure accurate costings, material orders and supplier pricing; and
• Assist with variations to plans, materials and delivery timelines.
  
  

About You:

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• 2 Years+ experience working as a Scheduler and/or Estimator for a residential home builder
• A positive and self-motivated approach to your work
• Excellent communication skills
