The Company:

The Role:

As the company looks to expand their operations further after picking up new projects around the Perth Metropolitan, they are searching for an experienced Civil Estimator to join their team at their office located South of the River. You will be responsible for preparing tenders for submission, quantity take-offs, land collaborate with a team of Estimators in the business to achieve a common goal including:

• Preparing and sending out tender enquiries to subcontractors and suppliers.
• Colling quotes and liaising with subcontractors, clients, suppliers and engineers.
• Attending weekly tender meetings.
• Quantity take-offs.
• Preparation of tender submissions, and handing over successful tenders to the Project Managers/Engineers.
  
  

Qualifications & Skills:

• Qualification in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or Surveying. (Highly desirable).
• Knowledge and understanding of contract costing & reporting.
• Understanding of HSEQ and safety requirements.
• Experience in Expert Estimator or similar estimating software.
• Have a minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role.
