University Title Company is seeking an experienced Escrow Assistant to join their team. This industry professional will provide escrow services and support such as building settlement statements, balancing files, and preparing wire requests. A successful Escrow Assistant will provide high quality work and excellent customer service while remaining flexible under changing schedules and demands.

Position Highlights

  • Review files for inspection, insurance, bills, and tax certificates.
  • Schedule closing with all parties.
  • Complete 1099 information.
  • Obtain HOA information and order payoffs.
  • Prepare packages and send to buyer or seller.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of title industry or related experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office with ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent typing skills
  • RamQuest experience a plus
  • Bachelors degree preferred
