GTI Energy is seeking an ERP Systems Administrator to join the team in Goodyear to manage and implementation and day-to-day requirements of the Company's new ERP system - NetSuite. This role will ensure NetSuite's smooth operation by managing user access, troubleshooting technical issues, implementing updates, performing data backups, and providing technical support to users across various departments, all while aligning with business needs and optimizing system performance. Responsibilities: Managing user accounts, permissions, and access levels within the ERP system. Monitoring system performance, identifying and resolving performance bottlenecks. Performing regular data backups and disaster recovery procedures. Installing and configuring ERP system updates and patches. Maintaining system security and compliance with data privacy regulations. Troubleshooting technical issues related to the ERP system, including data errors, system crashes, and user login problems. Collaborating with business stakeholders to identify and implement system enhancements and customizations to meet evolving business needs. Analyzing business processes and workflows to optimize ERP system usage. Gathering requirements for new features or modules and working with the ERP vendor to implement them Generating reports and data analysis to support business decision-making. Ensuring data integrity and accuracy within the ERP system. Managing data migration processes between different systems. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field. Proven experience administering and supporting an ERP system in a similar role, specifically with NetSuite. Experience with system upgrades, data migration, and implementation projects. Strong understanding of ERP systems (NetSuite) and their core functionalities, including finance, sales, inventory, and human resources modules. Knowledge of database concepts and SQL querying to manage ERP data. Basic understanding of network infrastructure and system administration practices. Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot complex technical issues. Excellent communication skills to interact with users across different departments and explain technical concepts clearly. Understanding of business processes and how they relate to the ERP system.
