Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an ERP Support Specialist, based in the National Capital Region, Philippines. The role involves both office-based work and some work from home. The ERP Support Specialist is responsible for assisting with ERP needs assessment, solution designing, user demos, full implementation, and providing premium support. Additional responsibilities include user testing, user training, and system administration.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of Business Processes and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP)
• Proficiency in ERP Software and Analytical Skills
• Experience in Business Process Improvement
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
• Experience with Acumatica ERP is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
