Position Title: ERP Project Manager

Work Arrangements: Hybrid (Makati City, Philippines)

Position Overview

As an ERP Project Manager, you will be responsible for driving the successful coordination and delivery of a major ERP implementation. You will work closely with the CTO, Business Solutions Manager, internal teams, and external vendors to ensure that the project is delivered on time, within budget, and meets high-quality standards. Your expertise in project planning, risk management, and stakeholder communication will be crucial to the project's success.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop detailed project action plans covering resources, timelines, and budgets.
• Manage project schedules, risks, financial tracking, and documentation.
• Ensure collaboration between internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders.
  
  

Meetings And Reporting

• Attend vendor meetings and internal company meetings.
• Provide regular status updates and project reports to management.
• Identify and address project risks and issues proactively.
  
  

Required Skills And Experience

• 3+ years of project management experience, preferably leading ERP implementations.
• Strong knowledge of project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and risk management.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and external vendors.
