Alchemy is working with a leading company in ERP integration who are seeking a highly skilled ERP Integration Support Engineer based in New York. This role involves working with clients to resolve their production support requests.

Role Responsibilities:

• Resolve customer support tickets through debugging, platform log file analysis, and data mapping verification.
• Implement, test, and deploy client change requests.
• Perform root cause analysis and resolution using back-end databases and raw data files.
• Coordinate with the implementation and development teams for issue escalation.
• Communicate status and resolution to customers via phone and email.

Role Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in enterprise software implementation or support roles.
• Experience in ERP platforms.
• eCommerce applications such as Shopify, Magento, ShipStation, etc. and EDI transaction sets and trading partner setup.
• Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities.
• Familiarity with data formats and structures: XML, flat file, JSON, etc.
• Solid understanding of Order to Cash and Procure to Pay processes.
• Proficiency in SQL query writing.
