Summary

We are seeking a Senior Litigation Practice Support Specialist for a prestigious law firm in downtown NYC. This role is ideal for a proactive professional with strong data management skills and experience working closely with attorneys, paralegals, and IT teams in litigation and investigations.


Key Responsibilities:

Litigation & Data Management: Oversee data processing, extraction, conversion, and metadata management for legal matters.

Database Administration: Manage litigation databases, create fields, layouts, OCR sets, and apply Bates Stamping.

Legal Technology Support: Work with Relativity or similar platforms to create/edit fields, run searches, generate reports, and facilitate document review workflows.

Cross-functional Collaboration: Support attorneys and legal teams in all phases of litigation, from preservation and legal holds to collections, review, and production.


Requirements:

5-7+ years of experience as a Litigation Support Specialist, Analyst, or Case Manager in a law firm, corporation, or legal consulting firm.

Bachelor’s degree required (Legal/Technical field preferred).

Strong expertise in data processing, management, and importing/exporting to legal databases.

Relativity experience preferred (certifications are a plus).

Proactive problem-solver with a deep workflows.


Compensation: $125,000 - $160,000+ (higher for the right candidate)
