Responsibilities

• Analyze and document business processes
• Perform GAP analysis to identify differences between client requirements and ERP functionality.
• Customize and Configure ERP modules to fit the required business processes across various company departments.
• Facilitate ERP implementation, from master data migration to functional testing and go-live.
• Facilitate client training sessions to raise awareness and optimize usage of the ERP system.
• Handle post-implementation troubleshooting and support.
• Conceptualize and develop relevant performance dashboards for various functions.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Commerce, Business, or related fields.
• 5+ years of experience in ERP implementation and support, with experience in at least 2 ERP implementations in different industries.
• Strong domain knowledge of end-to-end processes, finance, and statutory compliance.
• Travel onsite within India.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical teams and clients.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to map business processes to ERP systems.
