Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced ERP Functional Architect to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of ERP solutions. The ideal candidate will bring a deep understanding of business processes, system configurations, and industry best practices, with a proven ability to deliver scalable ERP solutions.

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications

1. 5+ Years of relevant experience
2. Lead the design and architecture of ERP systems to meet business requirements, translating processes into workflows and configurations.
3. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document functional and technical requirements, conducting gap analyses to propose solutions.
4. Oversee seamless integration with third-party applications and enterprise solutions while ensuring robust data migration strategies.
5. Identify and implement process improvements supported by ERP functionalities, leveraging best practices to enhance efficiency and usability.
6. Develop test plans, oversee testing, and resolve functional issues during and after implementation.
7. Provide user training, documentation, and ongoing support to ensure successful ERP adoption and functionality.
8. Ensure ERP solutions align with regulatory standards and organizational security policies.
9. Strong expertise in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or equivalent).
10. Proficiency in business process modeling, workflow design, and ERP implementation projects.
11. Familiarity with system integration methods and data migration strategies.
12. Exceptional problem-solving and attention to detail.
13. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
14. Knowledge of compliance and security standards specific to the industry.
