We are seeking a Techno-Functional ERP Consultant with expertise in Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in implementing, customizing, and supporting Oracle ERP solutions. This role requires a strong blend of technical and functional skills to manage Oracle ERP (EBS) operations, enhancements, and business process improvements.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement, configure, and support Oracle EBS modules as per business requirements
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and document business processes and translate them into ERP solutions
• Develop and customize Oracle EBS modules using PL/SQL, Oracle Forms, Reports, and Workflow Builder
• Manage data migration, system integrations, and reporting solutions within Oracle EBS
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical and functional issues in Oracle ERP applications
• Ensure smooth upgrades, patching, and performance optimization of the Oracle ERP system
• Provide user training, documentation, and post-implementation support
• Adhere to best practices, security standards, and Oracle guidelines

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Oracle EBS (E-Business Suite) as a Techno-Functional Consultant
• Strong expertise in Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, HRMS, or other Oracle EBS modules
• Proficiency in Oracle SQL, PL/SQL, XML Publisher, BI Reports, Workflow, and OA
• Experience in system integrations, data migration, and ERP troubleshooting
• Knowledge of Oracle Cloud ERP is a plus
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management ability
• Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Oracle ERP certification(s) is an advantage
• Experience in Oracle Cloud or Fusion ERP is a plus
• Prior involvement in business process automation and optimization
