Role Description

As an EIR, you will work closely with PSI’s leadership team to explore, validate, and launch one or more early-stage ventures. This role is ideal for aspiring or former founders, entrepreneurial professionals, or domain experts eager to take ownership in building something meaningful from zero.

This is not a salaried position at the outset. Instead, we offer significant equity compensation, with the potential to transition into a co-founder or leadership role within a new venture, based on contribution and traction.

Qualifications:

• Co-lead one of our venture tracks (Product, Ops, Growth, etc.).
• Work directly with the founding team on 0→1 company building.
• Launch MVPs, talk to users, scrap bad ideas, and scale good ones.
• Take ownership of product, business, or operations depending on your background.
• Collaborate with advisors, experts, and the internal studio team to scale validated ideas.
• Operate with high autonomy, bias toward execution, and a founder’s mindset.

You Might Be:

• Former founder (even if it flopped).
• A PM, engineer, operator, or marketer ready to go solo.
• Deeply curious and biased toward action.
