Summary

Enterprise Architect Must Have Technical/Functional Skills * Experience: * Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in IT, with a focus on architecture design and development. * Proven experience in developing and implementing enterprise architecture frameworks. * Experience in multiple IT domains, including application development, infrastructure, data management, and security. * Experience with cloud computing (AWS Preferred), microservices, and other modern technologies. * Experience working in complex, enterprise-level environments. * Skills: * Strong understanding of enterprise architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF, Zachman). * Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. * Strong communication and presentation skills. * Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. * Knowledge of relevant industry standards and best practices. * Proficiency in modeling tools and architecture repositories. * Knowledge of cybersecurity principals. * Preferred Skills: * Industry certifications (e.g., TOGAF, AWS Certified Solutions Architect). * Experience in Banking and Financial Industry. Preferably with Consumer and Commercial Lending. * Experience with Agile and DevOps methodologies. * Experience with LeanIX. * Business process modeling experience. Roles & Responsibilities Strategic Planning: * Develop and maintain the enterprise architecture framework, including business, information, application, and technology architectures. * Align IT strategy with business objectives and provide recommendations on technology investments. * Conduct strategic analysis of business and technology trends to identify opportunities and risks. * Participate in strategic planning meetings and provide architectural input. * Architecture Design and Development: * Design and document architectural blueprints, standards, and guidelines. * Evaluate and select appropriate technologies and platforms to support business needs. * Develop and maintain architectural roadmaps and transition plans. * Ensure architectural compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements. * Technology Leadership: * Provide technical leadership and guidance to project teams and stakeholders. * Evaluate emerging technologies and assess their potential impact on the organization. * Drive innovation and promote the adoption of best practices in architecture and technology. * Establish and maintain relationships with technology vendors and partners. * Governance and Compliance: * Establish and enforce architectural governance processes and standards. * Ensure that technology solutions comply with security and data privacy requirements. * Conduct architecture reviews and audits to ensure compliance. * Manage architectural risks and ensure business continuity. * Communication and Collaboration: * Effectively communicate architectural concepts and solutions to technical and non-technical audiences. * Collaborate with business stakeholders, IT teams, and external partners. * Facilitate workshops and presentations to communicate architectural vision and plans. * Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
