About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Application Architect to drive the digital agenda and integration strategy across the organization. This key role will champion the adoption of digital platforms and open integration frameworks (iPaaS, API management, MFT), helping to establish an API-first, agile environment. The Application Architect will play a vital role in designing innovative solutions, supporting digital products and services, and embedding a user-centered design approach across the enterprise.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the creation of architectural strategy for digital, application, and integration domains.
• Lead and support the development of digital products and services.
• Embed a user-centered design approach; facilitate design thinking workshops with stakeholders at all levels.
• Develop and maintain policies, standards, guidelines, procedures, and metrics related to digital and API-based interactions.
• Promote a DevOps culture to improve IT agility and responsiveness.
• Drive the transition to a Digital and API-first organization.
• Increase awareness and adoption of integration platforms across IT.
• Design solutions that meet both functional and non-functional requirements, following architectural principles and technology standards.
• Manage architectural risks, define mitigation plans, and oversee resolution.
• Provide guidance on supplier and cost options, ensuring solutions are well-represented in RFI/RFP processes and proof-of-concept initiatives.
• Maintain key enterprise architecture deliverables, such as application catalogs, technology debt registers, and integration catalogs.
• Apply architectural expertise in Oracle ERP solutions and Salesforce Sales Cloud.
• Contribute to the development and execution of the annual operating plan for enterprise architecture.
• Provide input for budgeting and ensure adherence to assigned budgets.
• Monitor work processes and report key metrics.
• Ensure alignment and coordination with other sections within the Business and IT functions.

Qualifications & Certifications:

• Degree in Computer Science/IT/similar
• TOGAF ; Azure; Oracle; Salesforce; iPaaS Certifications (like Boomi etc.)
