NYXO is looking for a talented Senior Architect/Designer to join our team in Dubai. This is a unique opportunity to become part of an experimental design practice operating at the intersection of architecture, product design, and speculative innovation.

We are seeking someone with a bold design vision, a deep understanding of material processes, and a critical curiosity about ecology and the built environment. You’ll work closely with our team to develop architectural and product design concepts across diverse scales.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop architectural concepts and design proposals
• Collaborate on multidisciplinary projects across architecture, design, and research
• Manage design workflows from concept through execution
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and fabrication partners
• Contribute to speculative design initiatives and experimental research projects

Requirements

• Minimum 3+ years of professional experience in architecture or related fields
• Professional degree in Architecture, Design, or related discipline
• Strong conceptual and design skills with sharp visual sensibility
• Excellent knowledge of Rhino (NURBS and SubD modeling), Grasshopper, Adobe Suite
• Experience with AI-based design tools, and programming languages (e.g., Python, C#) is a strong plus
• Familiarity with digital fabrication, parametric design, and prototyping
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Passion for experimentation, future-oriented design, and systems thinking
