Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, sales development, and customer success teams.
Negotiate contracts and manage customer agreements to support long-term success.
Stay informed on industry trends to provide insights and recommendations.
Track activities and maintain accurate sales forecasts using CRM tools.
8+ years of enterprise sales experience, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas.
Expertise in consultative, solution-based selling within complex organizations.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze data and market trends.
Comfortable using CRM systems (we use Salesforce) and sales productivity tools.
Excellent organizational skills and adaptability in a scaling environment.
Compensation:
Perceptyx is focused on equitable pay for all our staff and aims for transparency with our pay practices. The annual salary range for the role is $135,000 - $145,000 plus commission. The above salary range represents the expected base salary range for this position. The actual salary may vary based upon several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant skills/experience, time in the role, business line, and geographic/office location.
