Key Responsibilities:


  • Lead cross-functional teams across engineering, manufacturing, and business units to successfully deliver programs.
  • Develop, manage, and execute detailed project plans, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and objectives.
  • Oversee program budgets, schedules, resources, risk management plans, and quality standards.
  • Manage vendor and contractor partnerships to support project execution.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders at all organizational levels, ensuring consistent communication and reporting.
  • Utilize project management software to track milestones, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Apply lean manufacturing principles, supply chain management, and quality control practices to optimize program execution.
  • Identify, analyze, and resolve complex technical and operational issues swiftly and effectively.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards, regulations, and best practices
  • Support construction management efforts within active manufacturing environments.
  • Inspire, motivate, and lead teams through effective leadership, negotiation, and conflict resolution.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven success in lifecycle program management within an engineering or manufacturing environment.
  • Strong understanding of engineering principles, manufacturing processes, and product development.
  • Proficiency with project management software and tools
  • Leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with lean manufacturing, supply chain management, and quality control.
