An exciting automotive manufacturer is actively looking to hire an Engineering Manager to join their growing organization. They're looking for an experienced people leader to manage both the mechanical and electrical engineering teams helping with the all aspects of the engineering lifecycle to get the vehicle shipped to customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and mentor a high performing engineering team
• Ensure that the team is focused on simplicity, efficiency, and manufacturability
• Ensure cross functional collaboration - design, process, supply chain, and production
• Define SOPs, KPIs, and ensure accountability

Desired background

• 4+ years in engineering leadership roles - preferably in a manufacturing environment
• Degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Proven project management experience
• Demonstrated ability to define, track, and optimize KPIs

This role would require you to be onsite 5 days a week.
