We're looking for an Engineering Manager who can lead with vision, inspire with empathy, and ship meaningful products at scale.

📍 Location: Must be within 50 miles of San Francisco Bay Area. Enjoy remote flexibility with 3 in-office days/month in Oakland for connection and collaboration

🔧 In this role, you will:

• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver innovative FinTech products
• Collaborate closely with Product, Design, and Business to turn vision into execution
• Guide engineering strategy, architecture, and process improvements
• Mentor and grow a high-performing, mission-driven team

🧠 You bring:

• 6+ years of software development experience (including large-scale web apps)
• 2+ years managing software teams
• Strong hands-on skills with JavaScript, Node.js, HTML/CSS, and responsive design
• Excellent communication and a passion for team-building

💡 Bonus points for:

• Experience with cloud-based microservices, mobile apps, or a FinTech background
