📍 location: San Francisco (3 days in office)

💰 compensation: $210,000 – $240,000 + equity

this role is 100% managerial

they’re bringing on an experienced eng manager to own one of their three core product teams. you’ll lead people, shape process, and work directly with product + design to keep shipping fast as they grow.

🤓 what you’ll do:

• manage a cross-functional team building key product features
• collaborate with product & design to turn customer needs into solutions
• hire, coach, and grow engineers while keeping the team moving smoothly

👨‍💻 what you need:

• 2+ years of engineering management, 5+ years in software overall
• solid technical foundation—you’re not in the weeds but you get the details
• startup mindset: thrive in ambiguity, build just enough process, keep things moving
