About This Position

• Engineering Manager-KunPeng who focus on Henkel KunPeng construction management area to complete the project.
  
  

What you´ll do

• Supervise contactor to execute KunPeng project within scope, schedule, cost and with 0 SHE incident. Work with Supervision company to ensure construction quality meet local regulation and Henkel requirements;
• Support Kunpeng engineering WS lead and Construction manager to coordinate with LDI to clarify design changes related to building CSA & MEP area.
• Lead construction schedule management, with supporting of supervision company;
• Supervise GC contractor follow LEED gold construction requirement;
• Work with Construction SHE manager to review critical construction proposal;
• Work as back-up construction manager when needed.
  
  

What makes you a good fit

• Mayor in chemical process, machinery area, civil construction or project management related area, bachelor degree or above, 8-10 years construction managing experience.
• Have at least 8 years working experience related to building CSA/MEP constrution, better to have chemical equipment & process installation management and commissioning experience.
• Be aware of managing general contractor methodology and project management skills.
• Responsibility, highly working activity, better communicated & coordination skill. Highly self-control ability.
• Be aware of SHE regulation and procedure of foreign company.
• Good English skill and good to use Microsoft office, MS project, AUTOCAD etc.
• Better to have PMP certificate.
• Be willing for long term travel.
