• Lead and grow a team of engineers to deliver scalable, reliable, and high-quality software solutions.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, and cross-functional teams to define and deliver impactful features.
• Drive engineering excellence by setting and enforcing coding standards, best practices, and processes.
• Own the technical roadmap, planning, and execution of key product initiatives.
• Mentor and guide engineers in their technical and career growth.
• Recruit, onboard, and retain top engineering talent.
• Ensure timely delivery of projects while maintaining high performance and availability standards.

Requirements

• 8+ years of software development experience with a strong foundation in system design, architecture, and scalability.
• 2+ years of experience in leading and managing engineering teams.
• Strong expertise in Java.
• Proven track record of building and delivering complex products at scale.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
