We’re looking for an experienced Engineering Manager with 12+ years in design and detailed engineering of dams, barrages, and hydroelectric projects to join our growing team.

Location: Gurgaon Design Centre

Experience: 12+ years in hydro design engineering

Role: Lead the preparation and review of design reports, hydraulic structures, civil layouts, reinforcement detailing, and multidisciplinary coordination. Supervise a team of engineers and interface with consultants and clients on design submissions.

Key Skills & Tools:

• Strong understanding of structural, hydraulic, and geotechnical design for hydro projects
• Experience with IS codes, CWC guidelines, and international standards
• Proficiency in software such as STAAD Pro, AutoCAD, Civil 3D, SAP2000, ETABS, Excel, and MS Project
• Ability to manage project timelines and quality deliverables under tight deadlines
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
