My client are currently looking for an Engineering Manger (mechanical bias) to join their team in the South Holland region, Netherlands.

The client is a machine and equipment manufacturing company for automated processes and production within various industries including food, packaging and logistics.

They are particularly interested in candidates with experience in machine/equipment manufacturing, and hands on design engineering from concept to detailed design for manufacture, as well as managing teams/personnel.

THE CLIENT WILL CONSIDER PERMANENT CANDIDATES, NOT FREELANCE

START: April, May, June 2025

LOCATION: South Holland, Netherlands

SALARY/PACKAGE: €6,000 - €8,000 per month + 8% + package

Engineering Manager

• Background as a team lead or lead mechanical engineer
• In depth knowledge of mechanical design engineering in machine/equipment manufacturing
• Experience managing personnel, delegating tasks and quality checking work
• Any knowledge of electrical or software engineering is beneficial
• Fluent English essential, Dutch strongly preferred

The client has advised they are in a position to grow as a company in the coming years, and so the opportunity to manage more personnel with time and grow through the company is available.

The client has advised that they would be happy to have candidates based in Netherlands already or would be prepared to move to the South Holland region.
