We’re seeking a driven and experienced Engineering Manager (RPEQ) to lead a talented team and contribute directly to the company’s strategic direction and operational excellence.

Your Role Will Include:

• Overseeing the delivery and performance of all engineering services across projects
• Ensuring technical compliance, quality assurance, and RPEQ certification
• Working closely with clients to understand needs and ensure exceptional outcomes
• Leading, mentoring, and developing the engineering team
• Driving continuous improvement across design, QA, and systems

What You Bring:

• 7–10+ years’ experience in structural engineering (residential + commercial)
• RPEQ | CPEng accreditation
• Strong project delivery and commercial skills – known for meeting budgets and deadlines
• Leadership mindset with a genuine interest in team development
• Expertise in Australian building codes and quality systems
• Confident communicator with a solutions-focused approach
