Location: Onsite in Sunnyvale, CA

Duration: 6 months (Contract)

Compensation: $33/hr (W2 only)

Client: Global leader in the Data Center industry (through Swoon)

About the Role:

Swoon is hiring an Employee Experience Project Manager to join a leading global data center company, onsite in Sunnyvale, CA. In this role, you will drive initiatives to improve employee lifecycle experiences, including onboarding, engagement, and data integrity, through hands-on project management and collaboration with cross-functional HR teams.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and enhance onboarding programs to ensure new hires have a smooth and impactful start.
• Manage HR operational processes such as I9 administration, offboarding, off-cycle salary changes, and annual performance/bonus cycles.
• Collaborate with HRIT to maintain HR portals and web content.
• Lead multiple cross-functional projects to optimize the employee experience.
• Use data and feedback to propose and implement continuous improvements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5+ years of HR experience with a focus on employee engagement and lifecycle programs.
• Strong project management and multitasking skills.
• Comfortable with HR systems and data analysis.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship (W2 only).
