Job Description and Duties:
The Supervising Program Technician II is responsible to supervise staff that process accurate and timely payments of California State Lottery prizes. This position requires a working knowledge of the California State Lottery Act, Lottery Regulations on the variety of games offered including Draw and Scratchers® games, internal operating policies and procedures, the gaming systems and the confidential security requirements and protocols associated with the validation and payment of prizes.
This is an onsite opportunity to be part of a dynamic Lottery team to maintain an exciting, new prize payment program to enhance the customer experience for the Milpitas area!

This position is headquartered at the Milpitas District Office. This position is not eligible for telework.
New to State candidates are hired at the minimum salary of the classification.
