What You'll Do: * Process Improvement: Analyze existing operational workflows across departments to identify inefficiencies and recommend strategies for improvement. * Data Analysis: Gather, interpret, and analyze business and operational data to provide actionable insights that drive decision-making and improve business performance. * Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with department leaders and teams to understand business needs and ensure that operational processes align with broader business objectives. * KPI Tracking & Reporting: Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) that reflect business operations and performance; generate regular reports to provide visibility on performance to senior leadership. * Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs): Develop and maintain clear, concise SOPs to ensure consistency and adherence to best practices across departments. * Project Management: Lead or support projects aimed at improving business processes, managing project timelines, ensuring milestones are met, and measuring post-project success. * Operational Strategy: Support the EVP and leadership team in defining and implementing business strategies that align operational goals with organizational objectives. * Continuous Improvement: Foster a culture of continuous improvement by identifying trends, challenges, and opportunities, and proactively developing strategies to address them. Qualifications What You'll Bring: * Experience * Experience in a business operations, process improvement, or data analytics role. * Experience in business analysis or operations management, with a proven track record of optimizing business processes and driving operational efficiency. * Experience with project management and cross-functional collaboration. * Education * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred. * Skills * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and project management tools (ex. Asana, Trello, Monday.com) * Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact professionally at all levels. * Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks with competing deadlines. * Ability to anticipate needs, identify challenges, and implement proactive solutions. * High level of discretion in handling sensitive business and personnel information. * Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and derive actionable insights. * Strong problem-solving skills with a strategic mindset. * Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
