About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled (on-shore) Electrical Design Engineer with extensive experience in EPLAN. The successful candidate will be involved in the design of automated manufacturing systems, automation resources and turnkey systems such as: Custom Machinery Robot and Cobot Solutions Autonomous Mobile Robots Process Control Systems Conveyor Systems Vision and Inspection Systems You will be the product owner for EPLAN and ensure the tool is used efficiently and according to company standards. Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or related discipline. Minimum of 5 years' experience in electrical design. Experience in automation or manufacturing industry preferred. Proficiency in EPLAN and AutoCAD software for electrical design and drafting. Familiarity with Australian electrical codes and standards is preferred. Essential Skills and Attributes: Develop electrical design, schematics, and drawings. Quality – Ensure standards are maintained in a highly regulated, process driven environment. Ability to prioritise time to maximise effectiveness and outcomes. Have a self-development drive and be keen to learn about new technology. Personal Attributes: Proven ability to work independently and with others, in a vibrant, team orientated environment. Self-motivated with a proactive and creative approach to problem solving. Be able to work with minimal supervision. Must be organized, detail oriented, and able to think designs through completely.
