Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Electrical & Controls Engineer to lead the design, development, and implementation of advanced electrical control systems. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in automation and controls, with a strong focus on optimizing performance, reliability, and efficiency in industrial applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop electrical control systems for automation projects.
• Program and configure PLCs and SCADA systems to meet project requirements.
• Lead HMI development efforts for user-friendly interfaces.
• Conduct troubleshooting and root cause analysis for control system failures.
• Create detailed circuit designs and documentation for electrical systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate control systems with robotics and instrumentation.
• Utilize Matlab and Simulink for system modeling and simulations.
• Oversee embedded systems design and implementation for various applications.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in electrical engineering.
• Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior engineers.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field; Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in electrical controls engineering.
• Strong expertise in control systems, PLC programming, and SCADA.
• Proficiency in HMI development and automation technologies.
• Solid understanding of troubleshooting methodologies and circuit design principles.
• Experience with power systems and industrial automation.
• Familiarity with robotics and instrumentation systems.
• Proficient in Matlab and Simulink for system simulations.
• Experience in embedded systems design and development.
