Job Title :- Video Editor Manager

Job Location: Mumbai

Experience Range: 12 to 15 Years

Must Have:-

1. Managing a hi-tech studio with technical knowledge of operating DSLR camera, lighting, chroma and tele prompter for capturing footage and testimonials.
2. Collaborate / monitor external agencies for outstation shoots and provide them pre-defined set of activities to get best output.
3. The candidate should possess communication skills, both written and verbal, and should be able to convey information clearly and concisely to diverse audiences.
4. Effectively collaborate with segment teams to meet project goals.
5. Edit and assemble raw footage into polished videos for various segments.
6. Manage and organize media assets and project files.
7. Ensure final videos meet branding guidelines and technical specifications.
8. Should be able to create process, lifestyle and vector animated videos.
9. Stay updated with the latest industry trends and video editing software.
10. Oversee the entire pre, during and post-production process. Maintaining repository of the creatives
11. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities:-

1. Bachelor’s degree in film, Video Production, Multimedia, or related field.
2. Proficiency in Adobe Premier, After Effects, Final Cut Pro and Photoshop
3. Solid understanding of video formats, codecs, and resolution standards.
4. Proven track record of editing high-quality videos in a fast-paced environment.
5. Knowledge of color grading and sound design.
6. Knowledge of automation and Ai tools will be an added advantage.
