Key Responsibilities
Write microcopy for UI elements such as buttons, error messages, onboarding flows, tooltips, and notifications.
Collaborate with product designers and researchers to understand user behavior and pain points.
Define and maintain content style guides and voice/tone documentation.
Conduct content audits and contribute to content strategy initiatives.
Use A/B testing and analytics to iterate and improve copy.
Translate complex ideas into user-friendly language without losing accuracy or intent.
Ensure consistency and accessibility in all written content.
Requirements
5+ years of experience as a UX Writer, Content Designer, or similar role.
Strong portfolio showcasing UX writing across digital products.
Deep understanding of UX principles, user-centered design, and content strategy.
Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
Experience working with design tools like Figma and platforms like Zoho, Confluence, or Notion.
Ability to give and receive constructive feedback in a collaborative environment.
