Triumph China is seeking a highly skilled and experienced TikTok E-commerce Manager to join our team. This role is crucial for managing our new potential online channel for China e-commerce business through TikTok. The position involves overseeing e-commerce operations, achieving sales targets, and managing business operations.

Your responsibilities:

  • E-commerce Operations: Oversee e-commerce operation management, including sales achievement, business operations, DP management, and promotion management.
  • Sales Target Achievement: Responsible for achieving business sales targets for the Tiktok channel and supervising the operation team.
  • Traffic and Conversion: Maximize traffic and conversion rates and manage daily operations to drive sales volumes.
  • Promotion Strategies: Plan e-commerce promotion strategies with the sales planning team, focusing on discounting and PLC.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate efficiently with all internal and external e-commerce stakeholders, including marketing, merchandise, and sales planning teams.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze daily sales data, evaluate promotion results, interpret outputs effectively, and provide robust recommendations.
  • Training and Management: Explain e-commerce business requirements, deliver product training to the DP team, and manage the team to complete tasks on time.
  • Productivity Review: Review DP team productivity, knowledge, and skills based on business growth requirements.


Your ideal Profile:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Minimum 5 years of experience, with more than 2 years in e-commerce/MKT/MCN. Experience in the Apparel/Outdoor/Sports industry is a plus.
  • Strong sales drive and business accountability.
  • Strong team management skills.
  • Good presentation ability and proficiency in PPT.
  • Solid analytical thinking and ability to understand market/sales trends.
  • Collaborative mindset with the capacity to work enthusiastically with internal and external partners.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, result-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
