Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Forecasting: Collaborate with other departments to develop accurate sales forecasts.
  • Performance Metrics: Establish and monitor KPIs for the sales team.
  • Sales Training: Provide ongoing training to the sales team, ensuring they are well-versed in product knowledge, industry trends, and effective techniques.
  • Sales Process Optimization: Streamline and optimize sales processes to enhance efficiency, reduce lead times, and improve the overall effectiveness of the sales team.
  • Budget Management: Develop and manage the sales budget, allocating resources effectively to support sales initiatives and maximize return on investment.

Job Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field. Advanced degrees or relevant certifications are often advantageous.
  • Experience: Proven experience in sales management, typically with experience in a sales leadership role within the manufacturing industry.
