Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Ecommerce Manager at Krishna Creation located in Surat. The Ecommerce Manager will be responsible for managing online sales channels, developing and executing e-commerce strategies, analyzing sales data, and optimizing product listings. The role involves coordinating with marketing teams to drive online traffic, overseeing the online customer experience, and ensuring smooth order processing and fulfillment. The Ecommerce Manager will also monitor competitors and market trends to improve sales and profitability.

• Strong Analytical Skills and ability to analyze sales data
• Excellent Communication skills to work with team members and customers
• Experience in Sales and knowledge of E-Commerce platforms
• Marketing skills to drive online traffic and develop e-commerce strategies
• Detail-oriented and highly organized
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• Experience in the textile or fashion industry is a plus
