Summary

Key Account Manager E-commerce

Location: New Delhi, India

Key Responsibilities:

Account Management:

 Act as the primary point of contact with the e-commerce marketplace.

 Build and maintain strong relationships with account representatives to drive collaboration and

growth opportunities.


Sales Monitoring:

 Track daily sellout, analyze sales trends, and identify opportunities to increase revenue.

 Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales, ROI, and profitability.

Data Analysis & Insights:

 Analyze trends and data to identify gaps, understand customer behavior, and devise strategies to boost sellout and market share.


Account Operations:

 Manage all operational aspects of the account, including:

 Sales forecasting and planning.

 Maintaining purchase orders (POs) and ensuring stock availability.

 Managing discounts, pricing strategies, and advertisement spends.

P&L Responsibility:

 Take full ownership of the accounts P&L, ensuring optimal profitability and cost management.


Category & Product Planning:

 Plan the category and product roadmap in alignment with the marketplaces focus areas and

customer preferences. Cross-functional Collaboration:

 Work closely with internal teams (product, factory, marketing) to ensure timely delivery, efficient

operations, and the implementation of account-specific strategies.


Qualifications:

 Proven experience in e-commerce account management or a similar role.

 Strong understanding of e-commerce operations, trends, and performance drivers.

 Analytical mindset with expertise in data-driven decision-making.

 Proficiency in tools and platforms related to e-commerce and data analysis.

 Exceptional organizational and communication skills.

 Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.

 Self-motivated, proactive, and result-oriented. Preferred Qualifications:

 Experience managing accounts for major e-commerce marketplaces (e.g., Amazon, Flipkart).

Familiarity with handling advertisement spends and sales promotions in online retail.

 MBA or Relevant degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields.
