Summary

Role: Sales Engineer

Location: San Francisco, US (hybrid – 3 days a week in Bay Area office)

Salary: Up to $125K base

Ideal Candidate:


  • Minimum 1 year of presales experience in B2B SaaS.
  • Strong technical aptitude and ability to collaborate with product teams.
  • Ability to articulate technical concepts both technical to non-technical audiences.
  • Stellar communication and relationship building skills.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Must have the right to work in the USA.


About the Role:


  • Partner with Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams to deeply understand customer needs and craft effective sales strategies.
  • Become an expert in the platform, its technical capabilities, and how it integrates with customers' existing systems.
  • Lead proof-of-concept initiatives to showcase value and drive technical wins.
  • Identify and improve sales processes by creating enablement materials that enhance team efficiency.
  • Guide customers through post-sales implementation, ensuring seamless adoption and value realization.
