Role Overview: As a Content Developer Intern in our e-learning company, you will play a key role in creating high-quality digital learning materials. You will work with cross-functional teams to develop engaging and effective content, ensuring that our educational products meet the highest standards of excellence. Required Skills: You should have strong skills in collaboration, problem-solving, content/curriculum development. Good knowledge in eLearning authoring tools, Microsoft Office Suite, and video editing software. Working with SMEs and using their inputs in development of learning content. Networking with SMEs for projects Collating and analyze training effectiveness feedback to identify improvement areas in existing content, training material and delivery methodology Excellent written and verbal communication and analytical/logical skills Working Experience on PPT, WORD, Articulate Storyline Optimize content for search engines (SEO) to improve visibility and engagement. Maintain an editorial calendar and ensure timely delivery of content. Analyze content performance metrics and provide recommendations for improvement. Edit and proofread content to ensure clarity, accuracy, and consistency. Conduct research to gather information and insights for content development. Additional Skills: One year of experience in content development, writing, or a similar role. Strong writing, editing, and communication skills. Understanding of SEO best practices and content marketing strategies. Excellent project management and organizational skills Creative and problem-solving mindset. Ability to work independently and as part of a team Graphic design and visual communication skills. Experience with video editing and animation tools Proficiency in eLearning authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline 360 and Rise 360. Experience with AI tools for content development and optimization.
