Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior eLearning Developer to design, develop, and manage cuttingedge digital learning experiences. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in eLearning development, instructional design, and multimedia integration, with a proven ability to lead projects from concept to completion. As a Senior eLearning Developer, you will collaborate with instructional designers, subject matter experts (SMEs), and design teams to create interactive, engaging, and effective online learning content.

Responsibilities:

• Produce engaging learning content incorporating multimedia technology, and

gamification

• Work with instructional designers to translate course storyboards and content into

engaging, interactive learning modules.

• Work closely with design teams to integrate graphics, video, audio, and other digital

media into eLearning courses.

• Maintain a project management approach to manage multiple projects

simultaneously

• Utilize authoring tools and multimedia software to help creating engaging

multimedia content, simulations, and interactive games.

• Conduct quality assurance testing to ensure the functionality, usability, and

accessibility of e-learning content across different devices and platforms.

• Research and stay up to date on emerging trends, technologies, and best practices in

e-learning development.

• Provide support for ongoing e-learning projects, including content updates,

troubleshooting, and maintenance tasks.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or related field

• 3+ years of experience creating innovative learning solutions in a corporate environment

• Proven working experience in instructional design and instructional technology. A portfolio

or examples of completed projects is a plus

• Proficiency in tools such as Articulate Storyline, Rise similar e-learning authoring tools.

• Knowledge of Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator or similar software would

be preferred.

• Basic understanding of Javascript, HTML is a plus.

• Ability to manage timelines, resources, and deliverables to ensure project completion

• Highly self-driven and motivated

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to work

collaboratively in a team environment.

• Detail-oriented with a passion for creating visually appealing and interactive learning

experiences.

• Self-motivated and eager to learn, with a strong desire to contribute to the growth

and success of the team.
