Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven E-commerce Marketing Manager to join a listed company in HK. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in e-commerce marketing and ideally IT support knowledge, enabling them to effectively manage online sales strategies while ensuring seamless technical operations and sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement e-commerce marketing strategies to drive traffic and increase sales.
• Manage and optimize online store performance on platforms such as Shopify or WooCommerce.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and customer preferences.
• Oversee SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media campaigns to maximize reach and engagement.
• Analyze web analytics and marketing metrics to inform decision-making and strategy adjustments.
• Collaborate with the IT team to ensure website functionality, security, and data integrity.
• Provide technical support for e-commerce platforms, troubleshooting issues as they arise.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer experience and address feedback.
• Manage product listings, pricing strategies, and promotional campaigns.
